Fees
Please call with any question regarding rental fees. If you need a time frame that is not listed, please call for a quote.
All fees/rental time include the time for decorating and set up for the event. There is no early decorating unless arrangements have been made with management. Any early decorating counts towards you total allotted hours.

$75 per hour - Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
Dining Room only - 75 max capacity
The fee for small group weekday meeting rental is $50 per hour with all media, tables, chairs and other amenities included. This is only during the week and for small groups, corporations, Realtors, etc. Less than 75 people

$125 per hour - Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
The fee for larger corporate/business rate is $100 for the use of the entire venue. All amenities are included. This is reserved for corporate events, conferences, meeting etc.

4 Hour Rental- $600 (additional hours $100/hr)
The fee for a 4 hour event is $600. This includes all time for decorating and the event. A deposit of $150 is required to hold the date. Your date is not considered booked until the deposit is paid and confirmed. Deposits can be paid on the website at the top under Deposit Payment and is automatically set at $150.

Half Day - $1500 (a total of 10 Hours)

Full Day - $2000 (a total of 15 Hours)
The fee for a 12 hour event is $1500. This includes all time for decorating and the event. A deposit of $150 is required to hold the date.
