We are a large venue is Broken Arrow catering to corporate events, banquets, and home to Wrestling For A Cause professions wrestling organization. Our venue has a total available area of 7,000 sf, with a 5,000 sf ballroom area, bar, dining room and prep kitchen.

Venue Rental Fees Monday - Saturday:

Capacity 200*

$250 per hour (maximum fee $2500)

$500 deposit due at booking

2 - Day Weekend Rental

Friday/Saturday Only

(exceptions can be made depending on Saturday rental)

Events over 200* guests require an additional fee that will be determined by the number of guests in attendance. No event with over 300 guests are permitted. All events with alcohol require licensed bartenders and an Event Manager. The following fees apply:

Bartenders: $25/hr per bartender

Event Manager**: $250

We do not set up your event. You are responsible for all setup and decorating and all time required for setup MUST be included in the total hours selected.

*Events over 200 require additional table/chair rental by the renter.

**Event Manager will help with trash, cleaning or any needs you may have during the event. They will check the restrooms and restock paper products. All trash and cleaning is up to the renter if manager is not on site.
