Full Venue Rental Fees:

 $250 per hour 

$500 deposit due at booking

Dining Room Only:

75 people capacity only

2 - Day Rental

Events over 150* guests require an additional fee that will be determined by the number of guests in attendance.  All events with alcohol require licensed bartenders and a Event Manager provide by the venue with the following additional fees:

Bartenders: $25/hr per bartender 

Event Manager**: $250

We do not set up your event.  You are responsible for all setup and decorating and all time required for setup MUST be included in the total hours selected.

*Events over 150 require additional table/chair rental by the renter.  

**Event Manager will help with trash, cleaning or any needs you may have during the event. They will check the restrooms and restock paper products. All trash and cleaning is up to the renter if manager is not on site.
