FAQ's 

When can I start decorating:  When your agreed upon arrival time starts. You must pay for the time you are in the building for decorating. Please plan accordingly.  The venue does not set up your tables and chairs for the event.

What do we need to clean up: All trash, decorations, kitchen and bar area.  We do all the mopping and vacuuming.

Can we bring outside food and drink: Yes, all food and drink is up to you.  We only are renting you the venue.

Can we bring alcohol: Yes, however a licensed bartender must serve all alcohol.  We can provide one for $25/hr. or you can have your bar services catered.  Absolutely no underage drinking is allowed.  If found, the event will be cancelled, everyone must immediately vacate the building and no refund will be given.

What time do we have to be out of the venue: All alcohol must end by 11:00pm and events must be completed by midnight.  Any event that has not completed by midnight will be charged $200. This does not include the clean up. If it is past midnight and you are cleaning, no additional fee will be assessed.
