When can I start setting up for my event: When your agreed upon arrival time starts. You must pay for the time you are in the building for set up. Please plan accordingly. The venue does not set up your tables and chairs for the event. After your event, you leave all the tables and chairs were you placed them.

What do we need to clean up: All trash, decorations, kitchen and bar area. We do all the mopping and vacuuming. All trash must be in the dumpster and if the event manager is not included, all trash is up to you. This includes checking the bathrooms. We provide all trash bags and restroom necessities.

Can we bring outside food and drink: Yes, all food and drink is up to you. We only are renting you the venue space including the tables and chairs.

Can we bring alcohol: Yes, however a licensed bartender must serve all alcohol. We can provide one for $25/hr. or you can have your bar services catered. Absolutely no underage drinking is allowed. If found, the event will be cancelled, everyone must immediately vacate the building and no refunds will be given.

What is included in the rental: Table and chairs for 200, speaker, microphone, black tablecloths, kitchen prep area, bar area, projector and screen.

What time do we have to be out of the venue: All alcohol must end by 11:00pm and events must be completed by midnight. An agreement can be made prior 11:00 pm regarding additional time until 1:00am. This will incur an additional fee of $200 per hour. All events must end no later than 1:00 am and all guests must vacate. Any event that has not completed by midnight without prior consent will be charged $500. This does not include the clean up. If it is past midnight and you are cleaning, no additional fee will be assessed.
