FAQ's 

When can I start setting up for my event:  Your rental is for the day.  The venue will be available by 7am or earlier when arranged in advance.  The venue does not set up your tables and chairs for the event. After your event, you leave all the tables and chairs were you placed them.  

What do we need to clean up:  All trash, decorations, kitchen and bar area.  We do all the mopping and vacuuming. All trash must be in the dumpster.  We provide all trash bags and restroom necessities. Please return the venue in the condition as when you arrived.

Can we bring outside food and drink: Yes, all food and drink is up to you.  We only are renting you the venue space.  We do not organize your events or contact vendors for you.

Can we bring alcohol: Yes, however a licensed bartender must serve all alcohol.  We can provide one for $25/hr. or you can have your bar services catered.  Absolutely no underage drinking is allowed.  If found, the event will be cancelled, everyone must immediately vacate the building and no refunds will be given. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL SALES ARE ALLOWED.

What is included in the rental: Table and chairs for 150, speaker, microphone, black tablecloths, kitchen prep area, bar area, projector and screen. Any events over 150 guest will require additional tables and chairs to be rented and delivered to the venue. This is NOT part of the rental.  This will need to be done by the renter.

What time do we have to be out of the venue: All alcohol must end by midnight.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  All events must end by 1:00 am and all guests must have vacated the venue. Any event with guest remaining after 1:00 am will incur a additional fee of $200 per half hour past 1:00 am.  This does not include the clean up. If it is past 1:00 am and you are cleaning, no additional fee will be assessed. This also references other vendors you hired; DJ's; caterers etc. We know it may take them a little more time to clean the area they used.
