Important information regarding bookings

Deposit is 1/2 down and refundable up until 90 days of your event, less than 90 days notice will forfeit the deposit.  Your event is NOT considered booked until deposit is received or event paid in full at booking.  No holding of dates is allowed without deposit.

Final Payment is 7 days prior to the event if paying with cash or check.  Day of event if using credit card.

We offer the rental of a venue space that has a 5,200 sf ballroom area, bar area and 1,500 sf dining room.  All rentals include the use of the space and amenities listed on the Amenities tab above.    Any food can be brought in either by the renter or a catering company.  Alcohol is allow and is discussed on an event by event basis. 

WE DO NOT SETUP YOUR EVENT.  All setup and decorating is up to you and is included in the time frame you select.
