Important information regarding bookings

Deposit is 25% down and refundable up until 60 days of your event, less than 60 days notice will forfeit the deposit.  Your event is NOT considered booked until deposit is received or event paid in full at booking.  No holding of dates is allowed without deposit.

Final Payment is 7 days prior to the event if paying with check.  Day of event if using credit card or cash.

We offer the rental of a venue space that has a +/-5000 sf carpeted ballroom area, full bar area and dining room.  All rentals include the use of the space and amenities listed on the Amenities tab above.    Any food can be brought in either by the renter or a catering company.  Please call for rules on alcohol. 

WE DO NOT SETUP YOUR EVENT.  All setup and decorating is up to you and is included in the time frame you select.
