The Property

The Property Event Center is an over 6,000 sf venue space with a ballroom, dining area and bar. Tables and chairs to sit 150 is included in all rentals. From birthday parties to vendor markets, we can accommodate any event!!!

Banquets

Perfect venue for banquets. Ballroom area can accommodate a stage, dance floor and seating of up to 250.

Birthday Parties

Inflatable are allowed and the ballroom can accommodate up to 4 inflatables at one time.

Quinceañera

Quinceañera celebration are perfect for the venue. From the large ballroom to the dining room for food service or buffet. Bar area for adults only and bartender is also included in the quinceañera rental fee.

Vendor Markets

The ballroom offers over 5,000 sf of space for vendor markets. Please note that the venue is only restricted Indian property and a sales permit is required to be obtained from the Muscogee Nation in order to sell on site. Please contact the venue for more information regarding vendor markets.

We are your one stop for weddings. Our dining room is the perfect area for the ceremony and then just a few feet away is the ballroom for the reception.
